The LoadMatch® System Products:
Taco's growing family of "green building" LoadMatch System components includes:
The typical reverse return piping system has been around for years. But you know its limitations. It's imprecise, cumbersome and requires endless adjustment and numerous control valves to force water through the loop. Taco’s LoadMatch® system is different in almost every way. The LoadMatch system replaces the typical two-pipe hydronic system with a one-pipe system that eliminates most balancing valves and expensive, energy-consuming control valves by replacing them with energy-efficient, low kW LoadMatch® circulators. The pumps help deliver the water where it needs to go instead of forcing the water where it doesn’t want to go.
That’s the concept behind LoadMatch® and why LoadMatch® systems deliver dramatically improved performance. And that’s the reason LoadMatch® systems are used in so many challenging applications such as office buildings, hospitals, hotels, apartment complexes, schools and other commercial and industrial facilities throughout the US and Canada. LoadMatch offers big advantages versus conventional hydronic heating and cooling systems.
The Taco LoadMatch® system is an innovative, new approach to hydronic heating and cooling that enables you to design and deliver more efficient, more comfortable systems to your customers while saving time, energy and money, too.
As a Taco Green Product, LoadMatch® is ideal for "sustainable design" or "green building" projects and can help your projects qualify for LEED Certification by the U.S. Green Building Council.

Taco’s Product Innovation Spotlight
The Taco 4900 Series Air Separators help you save money and prolong the life of system pumps, piping and components by removing air and dirt from the system to prevent:
- Reduced heat transfer
- Loss of efficiency
- Pipe corrosion
- Pump damage
- Increased energy consumption
- LIrritating noise.
The high efficiency Taco 4900 Series Air Separator uses patented PALL ring technology to clear the system of microbubbles, sand, dirt and rust to save money, energy and component wear. PALL rings are used in the processing industry to mix gases with, or separate gases from, liquids. By applying PALL ring technology to hydronic air and dirt separation, the 4900 Series will:
- Remove microbubbles as small as 18 x 10 –6 meters from the system
- Remove air that has dissolved in the system water
- Remove air from places where an air vent can’t be installed
-
Remove and separate solid particles from flow.
Series 4900-A models clean the system of free air and microbubbles. Series 4900-AD models remove both air and dirt from the hydronic system. All models are built to Section VIII of the ASME code. |
